I had an appointment with Khalid and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. I was running late, so I called ahead to explain the situation. Instead of responding professionally, he spoke to me disrespectfully, and the call ended in an inappropriate manner. What concerned me even more was that Khalid knew some of my family members. Information that should have remained private was apparently discussed with others. I was told that he told people I knew that I had booked an appointment and failed to show up multiple times, which was untrue. I was also told that he shared personal information about my life and work. During the conversation, he called me lazy, commented on my weight, and said that I did not know how to manage my life. These comments were inappropriate, unprofessional, and unrelated to the appointment. My advice to anyone who knows Khalid or Jay personally is to be cautious about sharing personal information. If you choose to go there, consider keeping your personal life private. Everyone deserves basic respect, professionalism, and privacy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
